design for record labels...

At some point very soon I'd like to contact more record labels...for the P/R/D brief I sent an email to Hot Flush recordings explaining the work I was doing and wondered if they would like to have a look, I never received a reply; at some point though I will send them some images of my finished product range to see what they think;

At this point I haven't really contacted any studios as I don't feel it is the kind of thing I want to go in for at the moment; I'd sooner be doing work for record labels, generally getting involved in that kind of scene rather than being in a studio as part of some separate entity as such.

I'm still figuring out how to go about this, it's one of those things where it pays to bump into people and just generally know people; I'm not sure how much a creative CV would work for this kind of thing

I'm very into these two labels, although they are both based in the US. Nevertheless I'd like to contact them at some point for some sort of advice, I figure at this point this is a logical step forward for me.
